Media Communications Association-International (MCA-I), invites media communications professionals to enter the highly acclaimed MCA-I Media Festival to compete for the revered Golden, Silver and Bronze Reel Awards.The heat of the summer and lots of vacations lets us extend the Call for Entries in the MCA-I Media Festival through September 15, 2010 when our judging panels are back to work.

Although the response was favorable to last year’s online format, the 2010 MCA-I Media Festival returns to its original format of submissions via mail, CD/DVD/URL entries and printed entry forms. 

The Category descriptions and interactive Entry Form are on the website and can be filled out electronically, then printed out for ease of submission with discs or URLs.

 The MCA-I Media Festival celebrates excellence in media communications. Since 1978, Golden Reel honors have been highly coveted and recognized internationally for their prestige. The name stands for creativity and advancement in technical applications. Outstanding projects receive Golden, Silver or Bronze Reels.

Panasonic Sponsors All MCA-i MediaProCamps for 2012!

panasonic-logo-190 For the second year, the Panasonic Solutions Company is making these iconic events possible. Starting on March 24th with the first event in San Diego, Panasonic is supporting media professionals with its involvement in MCA-I’s MediaProCamp. The popularity of the event has grown the series to a total of six this year.

Previously, Panasonic has given attendees sneak previews of new products such as the groundbreaking AG-3DP1, a 3D integrated twin-lens P2 HD shoulder-mount camcorder, and the Panasonic AG-AF100 featuring a large 4/3-inch, 16:9 MOS imager with an imaging area just slightly smaller than 35mm cinema film
