The program committee of the LA/OC Chapter has been busy planning some exciting meetings for this year. Many of our monthly meetings will follow the theme, "Television 3.0" What's TV 3.0? Its the cutting edge of our brave new, three-screen world...

We'll be exploring the newest in content, technology, distribution, production and marketing. Information you need to grow your business in an environment where the paradigm has shifted so many times we're getting dizzy. You'll get the best demonstrations and latest information from industry experts on subjects such as the advantages of SLR Videography; OTT, or 'Over The Top" Distribution; Designing Mobile Apps and making money with them;Creating, selling and making money with Webi-sodes and Mobi-sodes...and more.

We'll also be offering the very special MediaProCamp II in June, bigger and better than the original! And look for our traditional, yearly Media Pro Mixer!

And of course, there will be plenty of good networking at every monthly meeting. MCAI is a self-directed association of media professionals that get together to help each other and the professional community be the best at our art and successful in busiiness. So, always bring your resume, headshots, brochures or any other marketing material to any of our events. You'll meet friendly people who want to meet you and work with you professionally--that's what it's all about!

If you have any ideas or suggestions for topics let us know! The whole idea is to provide information (and contacts) that YOU need to be successful.

Plan on being a regular at MCAI meetings in 2010!
